2023 Women's Fund - Annual Fund

The Women’s Fund works year-round to remove barriers to economic mobility for women in our region through advocacy, research, and civic engagement. Your year-end gift is an investment in gender and racial equity for women here in our own community. Your generosity drives solutions uniquely designed for employers, policymakers, non-profit partners, and community members like you. The work of The Women's Fund shines a light on the path forward, and equips those who want to make change with the tools and resources to do so.

In partnership with change-makers like you, The Women’s Fund provides solutions that are changing the systems in which we live, work, and play.

Through the Employer Toolkit, which impacts over 500,000 employees across the country, workplaces are becoming more equitable. Through research and advocacy, the needle is moving on issues that impact women’s self-sufficiency and economic mobility including affordable childcare, pay equity, and access to reproductive healthcare. More women are learning how they can represent and serve their communities on civic boards and commissions through our Appointed Civic Leadership Academy, moving the region closer to gender parity.

We cannot ignore the disparities that exist, but we can change them. Our unique region needs custom solutions. Adreanne Stuckey became involved with the Women's Fund last year. After attending several of our events, Adreanne soon realized that she wanted to stay connected to our work on behalf of women and girls in the Cincinnati region. Adreanne is now a fierce champion of the Women's Fund and an enthusiastic monthly supporter whose donations are matched by her employer, Duke Energy, which offers a charitable matching program. When asked about her "why," Adreanne offered this quote:

"I support the Women's Fund because it is an organization whose mission is to improve the status of women in our community. Its actions are based in research and lead to actual change on hard issues. I give to support the Women's Fund's research, particularly the Black Women's Economic Mobility Project. In addition, I am supportive of efforts to achieve pay equity for all women. Race and gender issues impact so many people on the fringes of our society. I am proud of the Women's Fund and all the work the team is doing to make a difference in Cincinnati and beyond."
